Chinedu is the managing partner of the firm/company. He is an experienced commercial lawyer and has represented clients in Nigeria and internationally in commercial contracts and foreign investments.
Chinedu holds an LLB from University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, BL (from Nigerian Law School, Lagos); and a Master’s Degree in Corporate and Finance Law. He is a Notary Public, an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association as well as a member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.
Ugochukwu Oranuba is a qualified Civil Engineer with over thirty years post qualification experience in civil engineering and construction projects. He has handled turnkey projects valued in millions of US dollars. He lends this experience to PPA’s end-to-end approach to procurement in areas of project management, engineering and construction.
McAnthony is a legal practitioner with a broad-based work experience. He has an in-depth knowledge of procurement management; which he has brought to bear in the various sectors of the economy.
Ijeoma has over the span of her career of over eighteen years worked and consulted in several sectors-banking, telecommunication and management consulting, and real estate. She has been involved in various consulting projects on Corporate Strategy, Organisational Development, Human Resource Management, SME consulting, Process re-engineering.
Ijeoma holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK and McCombs School of Business Austin-Texas, USA with a focus on strategic Management and Finance. Ijeoma obtained her undergraduate degree in Estate Management from University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus.
Anthony, an Economics graduate and Chartered Accountant of Institute of Chartered Accountant holds an MBA degree in Banking & Finance an ‘AMP’ (Advanced Management Programme Certificate).
His local and International training in diverse areas of Banking, Finance, Business Strategy, Leadership and Risk Management has positioned him for higher responsibilities.
A seasoned Professional with Banking career of about 24 years, he has good Strategic thinking and Visioning.
Anthony is presently a Financial Consultant and logistics solution provider with passion for Business Development and Management.
He is an External Consultant to SIPL on Finance.
